Yesb 1 Terms & Conditions — What you need to know before becoming a member

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") of Yesb 1 form an agreement between you and the Yesb 1 platform. By registering an account, you confirm that you have read and fully accepted these Terms. We recommend reading through everything before opening an account. If any section is unclear, our support team is available to help.

1. Membership & Eligibility

There are basic eligibility requirements to become a member of Yesb 1. Accounts that do not meet these requirements cannot be created, and any that slip through will be closed upon verification.

• All applicants must be at least 18 years of age. Account creation by minors is strictly prohibited.
• Each person may hold only one account on Yesb 1. Family members may create separate accounts, but additional verification may be required if they share the same device.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate and truthful. Accounts created with false or incorrect details will be closed, along with any balance held.
• Membership is not available to users in regions where online betting is prohibited under local law. Please verify the regulations in your area.

2. Account Registration

Creating an account on Yesb 1 requires an active mobile number and a strong password. OTP verification is mandatory during registration. Account details can be updated at any time via Profile Settings, though changing your mobile number requires assistance from support.

• The mobile number used during registration must be your own — you cannot create an account using someone else's number.
• Your password must be at least 8 characters long. Using a combination of numbers and special characters is strongly recommended.
• You should never share your login credentials with anyone. Yesb 1 will not be responsible for any losses resulting from allowing someone else to operate your account.
• If you notice any suspicious login activity, change your password immediately and notify our support team.

3. Deposits & Payments

Yesb 1 currently supports deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and direct bank transfer. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are always kept up to date on the payment page.

• Deposits are generally instant. Funds deposited via bKash or Nagad typically appear in your balance within 1–5 minutes.
• When making a deposit, funds must be sent to Yesb 1's designated payment number. Yesb 1 is not responsible for funds sent to an incorrect number.
• If your balance doesn't reflect a successful deposit, take a screenshot of the transaction and contact support.
• Deposits from a third party's mobile banking account are not accepted and may cause withdrawal issues.

4. Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawing your winnings from Yesb 1 is straightforward, but there are a few conditions you need to meet. Please confirm the following before submitting a withdrawal request.

• The mobile banking number used for withdrawals must match the number used during registration.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal. Uploading your National ID or passport typically results in approval within 24 hours.
• To withdraw funds earned from a bonus, you must first fulfill that bonus's wagering requirements.
• Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 1–4 hours. Requests made after evening hours or on weekends may take slightly longer.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

• The welcome bonus is available to each new member once only — attempting to claim it multiple times by creating new accounts is strictly prohibited.
• If you withdraw before meeting a bonus's wagering requirements, both the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.
• Some games do not contribute 100% towards wagering requirements — check the percentage shown next to each game.

• If a bet is not accepted due to a technical error, Yesb 1 will treat it as void and refund the stake.

• If your internet connection drops during live betting, your bets are saved on the server — they'll be there when you reconnect.
• In the event of any dispute over a bet outcome, Yesb 1's decision shall be final.
• Any abnormal winnings resulting from a software error in slots or casino games are considered void — payouts in such cases may be withheld or cancelled.

7. Security & KYC

8. Responsible Gaming

9. Account Closure
